Listub

Listub is one of the most complete family organiser apps you can get, replacing a stack of single-purpose apps with 15 modules, shared rooms and a built-in AI assistant. Just note it is limited to iPhone, Android and Mac for now.

What we like

  • +15 modules and two trackers in one app, with every module included on the Free plan
  • +Shared rooms with real-time updates for family, partners and roommates
  • +Calendar pulls every dated entry from all rooms into month, week and day views
  • +Galveo AI creates, finds and updates entries from typed or spoken requests
  • +Offline editing with automatic background sync
  • +Family plan covers several members and many devices under one subscription

What could be better

  • −Only available on iOS, Android and macOS: no web app, Windows or Linux version
  • −Free plan is limited to one device and does not include sharing
  • −Younger and smaller than long-established organiser apps
  • −The sheer number of modules can take a little time to explore

Best for: Families and shared households that want one organiser app

Most households run on a patchwork of apps: one for the shopping list, another for tasks, a notes app, a spreadsheet for subscriptions and a folder of scanned passports somewhere in the cloud. Listub, made by the Cologne software company Galveo, tries to replace that patchwork with a single app. It bundles 15 organiser modules, two media trackers, a calendar that spans everything and an AI assistant called Galveo AI, and lets you share any of it with the people you live with.

This Listub review is based on the developer's published feature descriptions, plan details and release notes rather than hands-on testing. We look at what the modules actually do, how sharing and the calendar work, what Galveo AI adds, how the Free, Premium and Family plans differ, and who Listub suits best in 2026.

What is Listub?

Listub describes itself as an all-in-one app for everyday life. Instead of one big, generic to-do list, it is split into focused mini-apps called modules. You create rooms inside a module, for example a weekly shop, a summer trip or a shared subscription list, and invite members to each room. Everything a member changes shows up for the others in real time, and an activity log records what changed.

The app launched on Android and iOS in July 2026 and arrived on the Mac in September 2026, according to Listub's newsroom. The interface has also grown quickly in reach: the newsroom reports support for 77 languages as of August 2026. Downloads are available from Google Play, the App Store and the Mac App Store.

Listub modules and trackers: what you get

The 15 modules cover most of what a household needs to keep track of. Each one is purpose-built rather than a re-skinned checklist, so a travel room has baggage, documents and expense blocks, while the subscription module tracks amounts, payment dates and a currency per room.

  • Shopping List: shared lists with quantities, units, stores and labels such as priority or sale
  • Task Manager: due dates, progress tracking, shared tasks and reminders
  • Magnet Notes: handwritten-style notes in five colours on a board inside the app, like fridge magnets
  • Doc Station: store and scan passports, IDs, certificates and contracts, with expiry alerts
  • Note Base: rich-text notes with tags and search
  • Activity Planner: plan outings, venues, dates and participants
  • Travel Hub: trips with itinerary, baggage checklist, documents, finances and emergency info
  • Subscription Central: recurring payments by category, visible only to assigned people
  • Debt Ledger: Solo, Contract (1:1) or Group mode for IOUs, loans and split expenses
  • Bucket List, Wishlist Box (with shareable public links and surprise-safe gift reservations), Emergency Contacts, Quick Notes, Health Cabinet (medication schedules, dose check-off and refill alerts) and Meal Planner
  • Trackers: Screen Box for films and series with episode tracking and air-date reminders, and Book Shelf for page-by-page reading progress, ratings and reviews

Sharing, rooms and the unified calendar

Sharing is where Listub earns its place in a family. Rooms can be shared with family, friends or colleagues, archived when a project is done, and restricted where privacy matters, for example in Subscription Central, where only assigned participants see the details. A friends and family list lets you manage who you share with, and notifications arrive in the app, as push alerts or as daily or weekly email digests, each configurable per channel.

The calendar ties the modules together. Anything you save with a date, whether a task deadline, a trip, a subscription renewal or a meal day, appears automatically in month, week and day views, so nothing has to be entered twice. You can choose which rooms feed the calendar, which keeps a busy household view from becoming noise.

Galveo AI in Listub: does the assistant help?

Galveo AI is Galveo's own AI assistant and is built into every part of Listub. You type or speak a request in plain words, such as adding milk, eggs and coffee to the shopping list or noting that you lent a friend 20 euros, and Galveo AI works out which module the request belongs to and prepares the entry. It can split one sentence into several items, answer questions from the data you have saved, and mark entries as done, update or delete them. You review and confirm before changes are saved.

Galveo AI is available from the home screen as a single bar and inside every room via an AI button. It replies in your language and follows your own date, time, currency and number formats. The Free plan includes Galveo AI, while Premium and Family include Galveo AI Pro. Listub notes that AI use is intended for regular personal use and may be rate-limited under its fair-use policy.

Listub Free vs Premium vs Family: pricing and value

Listub's pricing model is generous where it counts: every module is included on every plan, including the free Basic plan. The difference between tiers is sync, sharing, storage and scale, not features. Paid plans are in the budget range for a monthly app subscription, and Listub has offered launch pricing that stays locked in for early subscribers.

For a single person on one phone, the Free plan is genuinely usable. The moment you want to share a shopping list with a partner or use Listub on a phone and a Mac, you need Premium. Larger households get the best value from Family, which bundles several members into one subscription.

  • Basic (free): all modules, Galveo AI, one device, no sharing, up to 5 rooms as owner, up to 10 contacts, no file storage
  • Premium: cloud sync and sharing, Galveo AI Pro, up to 50 rooms as owner, up to 20 contacts, 1 GB storage, 3 devices at once
  • Family: everything in Premium plus 3 extra members, up to 400 rooms, up to 200 contacts, 1 GB shared storage and up to 20 devices at once

Platforms, offline use and privacy

Listub is currently available on iPhone and iPad, Android and macOS. There is no web app and no Windows or Linux version, which is the most noticeable gap for households that mix PCs and phones. On supported devices, offline mode lets you create and edit rooms and entries without a connection, and background sync catches everything up once you are back online.

Listub says privacy is built in, with data kept private and encrypted. Doc Station supports sharing with trusted contacts, and room-level assignment keeps sensitive items such as subscriptions visible only to the right people. Behind the app is Galveo GmbH, a German company based in Cologne.

Who should use Listub?

Listub is best for families, couples and shared flats that currently juggle several apps and want one place for lists, plans, money between people and important documents. It also suits organised individuals who like the idea of one app with dedicated tools for trips, subscriptions and medication. If you only ever need a simple checklist, or if your household relies on Windows PCs or a browser, a lighter tool may fit better for now.

Frequently asked questions

Is Listub free?

+

Yes. Listub has a free Basic plan that includes every module and Galveo AI. It is limited to one device, up to five rooms as owner and no sharing. Premium and Family plans add cloud sync, sharing, storage and more devices.

Which devices does Listub work on?

+

Listub is available for iPhone and iPad through the App Store, for Android through Google Play and for Mac through the Mac App Store. There is currently no web, Windows or Linux version.

Can I share Listub with my family?

+

Yes, on the Premium and Family plans. You invite people into rooms, and changes sync to everyone in real time. The Family plan adds three extra members to one subscription and supports up to 20 devices at the same time.

What does Galveo AI do in Listub?

+

Galveo AI is the built-in AI assistant. You type or say what you need in plain words, and it creates entries in the right module, finds things you have saved, and marks items done or updates them. You review the result before it is saved.

Does Listub work offline?

+

Yes. You can browse, create and edit rooms and entries without a connection, and Listub syncs your changes automatically when you are back online.

Who makes Listub?

+

Listub is developed by Galveo GmbH, a software company based in Cologne, Germany, which also builds the Galveo AI assistant.

Is Listub worth paying for?

+

If you want to share lists and plans with other people or use Listub on more than one device, Premium or Family is worth it, because all modules are already free and the subscription unlocks sync, sharing and storage. Solo users on a single phone can stay on the Free plan.

Listub is an ambitious organiser app that largely delivers on its promise: 15 thoughtfully built modules, two trackers, a calendar that joins them up and an AI assistant that turns plain sentences into entries. The Free plan is a fair way to try every feature, and the Family plan is good value for shared households. The main caveat is platform coverage, since Listub is limited to iOS, Android and macOS for now. If those are your devices, Listub is one of the strongest all-in-one family organisers available in 2026.
